An Enterprise Sales Manager is responsible for managing and leading sales teams, usually at a regional level. They close high-value deals with large businesses and corporations and ensure customer satisfaction.
Developing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, hiring and training sales personnel, and building relationships with large clients.
Strong negotiation, leadership, and strategic thinking skills. Understands trends in the industry and is able to adapt to changing environments.
