Enterprise Technology is the center of excellence for digital technology at Blue Origin, providing oversight and governance to align technology and business strategies.
We are building the road to space, which means rapidly expanding our mission cadence, increasing our manufacturing capabilities by orders of magnitude, and inventing new vehicles and systems such as lunar landers and Mars orbiters. Achieving these goals requires that we scale Blue Origin Manufacturing through software and artificial intelligence.

- Champion the needs of our customers, including manufacturing and quality leaders, work center supervisors, production planners, supply chain managers, manufacturing engineers, and factory technicians

- Live on the factory floor in some weeks, solving problems alongside your customers/users
- Apply and sharpen your AI skills, both to deliver immediate results and to improve our judgment and thinking
- Develop incredible partnerships with engineering, manufacturing, and operations peers and leaders
- Define, build, and improve MES functionality to meet the evolving needs of the manufacturing environment
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies and best practices in MES and manufacturing orchestration to ensure our processes remain competitive

- Proven ability to manage cross-functional programs, balance competing priorities, and deliver under schedule and budget constraints
- Excellent communication skills with demonstrated ability to present complex technical topics to leaders and users
- Proficiency with AI harnesses and coding tools, and ability to understand / influence system design
- Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
Preferred Qualifications
- Deep experience with aerospace industry and aerospace regulatory standards like AS9100, ITAR, EAR
