Full Job Description
Overview of the Role:

The programmatic demand flowing into InMobi Exchange (IX) runs through a global network of platform partners. In this role, you'll help leadership understand, plan for, and grow that demand.

Reporting to the Director, Global Revenue Operations, you'll provide sales operations support to InMobi's global Demand Platform relationships within IX: the business partnerships and integrations with third-party Demand Side Platforms (DSPs) and reseller partners that bring programmatic demand into the InMobi platform. You'll own forecasting, partner planning, and partner account management for this demand.

Exchange leadership will rely on you as their analytical and operational partner. You'll give them an accurate, current read on DSP and reseller performance, along with goals and partner plans they can act on with confidence. When performance shifts, you'll be the one who can explain why and recommend what comes next.

This role is a great fit for someone analytical and organized who is comfortable operating across a global set of platform partners. If you enjoy turning partner data into clear direction for leadership, you'll find meaningful scope, visibility, and impact here.

Location: This role is based in our New York, NY, office and requires regular in-office presence. Occasional travel may be required for client meetings, industry events, etc.

The Impact You'll Make:

Forecast, Plan & Measure
  • Own the recurring forecasting cadence for demand routed into the InMobi platform through DSPs and reseller partners. This includes weekly and monthly forecasts, quarterly business plans, and the variance analysis needed to reconcile plan against actuals.
  • Build and maintain forecast models across key demand-platform metrics, including active DSPs, bid rate, and win rate, surfacing risk and opportunity early enough for leadership to respond.
  • Support the quarterly planning cycle end to end: closing the prior quarter, finalizing the next quarter's forecast, and delivering targets ahead of the quarter start.

Goal Setting & Partner Planning
  • Lead partner planning and target setting across the global DSP and reseller portfolio, grounded in partner potential, integration maturity, and platform capacity.
  • Own the development and maintenance of the named partner list, using partner potential, historical performance, and platform data to determine coverage, ownership, and prioritization, and refresh the list on a regular cadence.
  • Partner with Finance and Demand Platform leadership to translate annual and quarterly plans into clear goals for the DSP and reseller portfolio.

Deep Knowledge of the Demand Platform Business
  • Maintain a current, working understanding of the global demand platform business, including its key strategic priorities, revenue composition across DSP and reseller partners, and areas of risk and opportunity.
  • Turn that knowledge into proactive recommendations when performance moves away from plan.
  • Own core sales operations processes for the Exchange business, including pipeline governance and reporting standards, applying the same definitions and data integrity checks across all partners.

Partnership with Demand Platform Leadership
  • Serve as the primary sales operations partner to Exchange & Demand Platform Management (DPM) leadership.
  • Apply one consistent operating standard across the global DSP and reseller portfolio (one planning cadence, one goal-setting process, one source of truth) while staying attuned to the dynamics specific to each partner.
  • Represent the demand platform business in cross-functional forums with Finance, Product, and the broader Revenue Operations organization.

Individual Operating Efficiency
  • Identify opportunities to apply AI and automation to your own workflows to increase efficiency, freeing up more of your time for analysis and partnership rather than manual reporting.
The Experience We Need:
  • 5-7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Strategy, Business Operations, or a related field
  • Experience leading end-to-end revenue planning and forecasting for a global platform or partnerships business
  • Hands-on experience with partner planning and named partner list development for a global platform business
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), BI tools (Excel, Tableau, Rill), and financial or forecast modeling
  • Proven stakeholder management experience, including direct communication with senior platform-partnership leaders
  • Analytical rigor, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Background in the digital advertising or programmatic advertising industry
  • An advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus, but not required

Skills & Attributes That Will Set You Apart
  • Business acumen: You can explain why a number moved based on a real understanding of the underlying business.
  • Rigor: You produce forecasts and goals that are backed by data and delivered on schedule.
  • Communication: You raise concerns and flag gaps to senior stakeholders directly, with data to support your position.
  • Global perspective: You apply the same standards across DSP and reseller partners while accounting for the differences between them.
  • Process discipline: You write SOPs and follow them consistently.
  • Applied use of AI: You identify where automation and AI can increase your efficiency and apply them to your own workflow.

The base (fixed) salary for this role ranges from $169,000 to $234,000 USD (min to max of base salary). This salary range is applicable to our offices located in California and New York*.
