Graham is actively recruiting for a Project Director to support the Infrastructure Division, with a strong focus on major transit projects. Reporting to the Senior Operations Director, this experienced construction leader will play a key role in delivering complex infrastructure work across the GTHA, with a particular emphasis on Metrolinx programs and transit-related scope.

Your Role in Building What Matters - From Office to Site
  • Lead Complex Infrastructure Projects: Deliver large-scale transit and infrastructure projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • Manage Contracts & Budgets: Oversee project resources, cost control, and ensure compliance with complex contract structures (including public sector/transit frameworks).
  • Build Stakeholder Relationships: Develop strong partnerships with clients, including Metrolinx and transit authorities, as well as subcontractors and key project partners.
  • Guide Project Teams: Provide leadership, establish performance expectations, and drive execution excellence across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Drive Growth in Transit: Support business development efforts, contribute to strategic pursuits, and represent Graham within the transit and infrastructure sector


The Right Tools for the Job
  • Education: Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 15+ years of progressive construction experience in infrastructure, with significant exposure to transit projects within the GTHA/Metrolinx environment.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of infrastructure construction methods, experience working within public agency requirements (e.g., Metrolinx), expertise in contract types (CCDC and alternative delivery models), and proven ability in stakeholder management, budgeting and scheduling, supported by proficiency in MS Office and project management tools
