Job Description:
Specialty: Women's Health Advanced Practice Provider (WHNP, PA-C, or CNM)
Location: Fairfax & Springfield/Alexandria, VA (Northern Virginia)
Schedule: Full-Time | 4.5-Day Workweek
Comprehensive Clinical Scope: Deliver high-quality, outpatient-only gynecologic care, spanning routine wellness, contraception, menopause management, and hands-on procedural work including IUD and Nexplanon placements.
Physician-Led, Collaborative Culture: Practice alongside experienced, supportive medical team that values your clinical voice, autonomy, and shared decision-making.
Turnkey Operational Relief & AI Technology: Experience exceptional practice efficiency supported by dedicated 1:1 MAs, a dedicated triage team managing all patient portal inboxes and integrated AI ambient scribing.
Work-Life Balance: Finish clinic by 3:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch, and light 1:6 call, with minimal emergency hospital call-ins.
