Job Description

We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Compensation Product Manager to join our Colleague Experience team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA or New York, NY.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of compensation products and capabilities that enable managers and leaders to make effective, equitable, and data-driven compensation decisions.
  • Drive product discovery activities using design thinking principles, including user research, stakeholder interviews, persona development, and data analysis to identify opportunities and prioritize investments.
  • Design and deliver AI-enabled solutions, automation capabilities, and decision-support tools that simplify compensation processes, improve efficiency, and enhance user experiences.
  • Partner with Compensation, Technology, and business stakeholders to translate complex business needs into scalable product solutions while driving continuous improvement through product metrics and user feedback.


To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Technology, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years product management experience developing and executing strategic product roadmaps in a highly matrixed environment.
  • 3-5 years experience in Compensation including salary structures, incentive plans, and equity awards; Compensation product owner experience preferred.
  • Experience applying product discovery and design thinking techniques, including persona creation, user research, experimentation, and data-driven prioritization.
  • Experience identifying opportunities for AI, automation, and workflow optimization to improve business outcomes and operational efficiency.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills with the ability to drive alignment and results across a highly matrixed organization.
