Job Description

The Systems Analyst, Senior will report to the Pharmacy Development Senior Manager. In this role you will be the comprehensive subject matter expert in the technology products/platform feature space and apply, learn, and extend your skills beyond formal role boundaries. Having a desire to help achieve transformational healthcare improvement should serve as the inspiration behind the ideal candidate's willingness to participate across many different activities within an agile working model.

Responsibilities

Your Work

In this role, you will:
  • Drive operational excellence for assigned technology products/platform features, including incident management, AI-enabled process automation, smooth deployments, monitoring, impact remediation, and performance evaluation.
  • Provide analytical support and troubleshooting for application-related issues, including system and application log review, testing, configuration, scripts, queries, and reports.
  • Partner with product stakeholders and technology teams to understand the business domain, recommend efficient and cost-effective implementation approaches, and leverage reusable features where possible.
  • Understand, document, and communicate upstream and downstream dependencies supporting assigned development areas.
  • Create, refine, and maintain user stories, process flows, test cases, and acceptance criteria; ensure acceptance criteria are validated during product demos.
  • Actively participate in agile ceremonies, including daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos, while representing assigned development areas and serving as a proxy Product Manager or Scrum Master when needed.
  • Collaborate with development teams to integrate new features and improvements, ensure security and compliance standards are met, and lead regular system audits, updates, and patches.


Qualifications

Your Knowledge & Experience:
  • Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience.
  • Requires at least 5 years of directly related professional experience and deep technical abilities in one or more primary products, programs, or technologies.
  • Experience leading analysis and solution design across multiple systems/domains, including end-to-end process and data flows.
  • Proven ability to align stakeholders on scope, priorities, dependencies, risks, issues, and measurable outcomes.
  • Strong governance, quality, documentation, traceability, controls, and communication skills, with the ability to influence technical and business partners.
  • Healthcare experience required; pharmacy knowledge preferred, along with expert SQL/database skills and experience with Agile, Product Model, DevSecOps, and Agile tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to scale reusable patterns/templates/metrics, prioritize effectively, and perform in a fast-moving environment.
