In this vital role of Neural Nexus – Agentic AI Solution Delivery, Senior Manager, you will lead the delivery and adoption of insights & analytics tools, and shape high-visibility products from concept through launch, helping ensure they deliver meaningful value for commercial decision-making.
You will work at the intersection of primary market research, commercial insights,analytics,marketing, and technology. Your primary responsibility will be topull through the build of tools for our Business Insights & Analytics teamsthrough the full product lifecycle—from defining user needs and use cases through design, development, rollout, training, and ongoing enhancement. Successrequiresprimary and secondary market research experience including the ability to translate qualitative and quantitative research, secondary data, and research best practices into solutions that inform business strategy and cross-functional decision-making.
This role is ideal for adelivery leader who is energized by turning complex research needs into practical AI capabilities that business teams can confidently adopt.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Roadmap Development
• Define product strategies and roadmaps for assigned Agentic AI business solutions, including Market Research & Analytics translating business questions, and user requirements into prioritized capabilities and delivery plans.
• Identify opportunities to integrate primary research, secondary data, competitive intelligence, and Agentic AI to accelerate insights generation and address critical business needs.
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of designated Agentic AI business solutions, from business need and use-case definition through design, development, testing, deployment, adoption, and enhancement.
Cross-Functional Team Orchestration & Collaboration
• Partner closely with Business Analytics & Insights, commercial cross-functional partners, GCCI, external partners, AI&D, and technical teams to scope, validate, and deliver Agentic AI solutions.
• Serve as a bridge between business, insights, research, and technical teams, translating business questions into clear research and product requirements while ensuring effective execution across workstreams.
Executive Stakeholder Management & Strategic Communication
• Develop and deliver clear, concise leadership updates that communicate implementation progress, change readiness, adoption, and emerging issues, enabling timely alignment and decision-making across stakeholders.
• Present findings, recommendations, product progress, risks, and performance across a variety of audiences and forums with clear, compelling storytelling.
Driving Platform Adoption & Value Realization
• Drive adoption of Agentic AI business solutions, within Business Analytics & Insights teams, commercial, and insights workflows, partnering with cross-functional teams to integrate new capabilities into existing decision-making processes.
• Define and track KPIs for solution adoption, user engagement, insights efficiency, quality, and business impact, using results and stakeholder feedback to guide ongoing enhancement.
Change Management & Continuous Improvement
• Support change management and enablement for Agentic AI-enabled research and insights-generation processes, ensuring stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and workflow readiness.
• Establish feedback loops and continuously identify opportunities to improve Agentic AI products, market research processes, and insights-generation workflows.

Basic Qualifications:
Doctorate degree and 2 years of experience

Master’s degree and 4 years of experience

Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of experience

Associate’s degree and 10 years of experience
OR
High school diploma / GED and 12 years of experience
Preferred Qualifications
• Significant experience in Biotechnology/Pharmaceutical commercial insights, analytics & primary market research, with demonstrated ability to translate business questions into actionable insights and solutions.
• Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end primary market research, including business-question scoping, qualitative and quantitative research analysis, agency management, execution, synthesis, and communication of findings.
• Demonstrated product management experience, including defining user needs, developing requirements and roadmaps, prioritizing capabilities, and driving product delivery and adoption.
• Strong understanding of Agentic AI and Generative AI capabilities and their application to insights generation, and commercial decision-making; able to apply PMR standards for methodological rigor, data quality, and appropriate interpretation in AI-enabled workflows.
• Proven ability to collaborate with commercial cross-functional partners, GCCI, external partners, AI&D, and technical teams in a complex matrixed environment.
• Strategic & Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to synthesize complex research, analytics, and AI-generated information into clear insights, recommendations, and business implications.
• Leadership & Influence: Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders without direct reporting authority.
• Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding verbal, written, presentation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to communicate complex research and technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Adaptability and Agility: Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment and respond to evolving business questions, market conditions, and organizational priorities.
• Ethical Standards: Strong commitment to maintaining high ethical standards in research, analysis, AI-enabled insights generation, and business decision-making.

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
