Key job responsibilities
The Product Operations group is seeking an Operations Program Manager who is excited to work on a product that our customers love. We play a critical role in the hardware development process, from pre-concept to launch. Our team ensures successful product launches and ongoing support, enhances the capabilities of our current systems to meet our needs, and drives continuous improvement for the company. In this role, you will:
* Deliver results on complex projects involving cross functional teams across the company
* Work with stakeholders to define business requirements and product definition
* Contribute to and influence new product design and architecture
* Understand current system capabilities and limitations
* Problem solve and explore solutions to current processes and systems
* Coordinate with cross functional teams to deliver a quality product on time and at cost
* Drive continuous improvement
* Monitor supply and fulfillment of devices
*This role may require some travel
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of program management or technical project management experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related technical field
- Experience in project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Master's degree in a related technical field
The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
