Your ImpactReporting to the Sr. Director, FP&A, the Senior Manager, FP&A provides financial planning and analysis support to the Commercial IT, Network Infrastructure & Operations, and Sovereign Cloud leaders within the Chief Digital Office (CDO) organization. The role leads a team responsible for budgets, forecasts, month-end activities, contract reviews, and business case analysis while partnering closely with senior leaders to ensure financial accuracy and operational excellence.
- Build and support bottoms-up budgets and forecasts supporting annual OPEX of more than $450M.
- Lead month-end activities and ensure financial results are closed accurately and on time.
- Partner closely with business leaders to develop a deep understanding of third-party costs and spending drivers, including hyperscalers and datacenter operations.
- Consolidate, analyze, and present financial results to leadership, highlighting key drivers, risks, and opportunities.
- Manage and mentor a team of FP&A analysts, fostering a culture of analytical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Accounting, Corporate FP&A, and other cross-functional teams to ensure accurate reporting and alignment with corporate objectives.
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance forecast accuracy, cost allocation methodologies, and reporting efficiency.
- Support business cases, strategic initiatives, special projects, and growth-focused investment decisions.

What You Need to Succeed- 7+ years of progressive FP&A experience, ideally within the technology or software industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA or MBA strongly preferred.
- Proven experience building strong partnerships and credibility with business leaders.
- Experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and month-end management experience.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems effectively and drive sound business decisions.
- Ability to communicate financial results, risks, and business drivers clearly to leadership audiences.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Accounting, Corporate FP&A, and operational stakeholders.

Salary Range: $118,000 - $168,000; Depending on the candidate's education, experience, skills, geographical location, and alignment with internal equity and external market, actual salary may vary and be higher or lower than the range posted.
