Sr Director Market Institutes, HVI (Charlotte, NC)

The Sr. Director of Market Institutes for Heart and Vasular Institute (HVI) coordinates appropriate resources for all daily operations, human resource management, fiscal management, and supporting initiatives aligned with the organizational mission, vision, values and goals in the ambulatory clinics while collaborating with facility and market leadership for acute care operations. The Sr. Dir collaborates with organizational leaders and manages interdependencies across institutes, facilities, submarkets and the medical group and takes ownership and accountability to implement market strategic growth, operational precision, service enhancements, program development and community engagement initiatives.

The Sr. Dir leads and ensures the market specific operational infrastructure of the institute will enable execution of key initiatives to meet targeted goals and outcomes. They demonstrate effective operational, analytical, communication and organizational skills; including but not limited to: operational assessments, market analyses, business forecasts and success matrices linked to market and enterprise based goals.

• Education:
  • 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare or related field.
  • Graduate Degree, preferred.
• Experience:
  • Five years progressive supervisory/management experience, required.
  • Two years progressive supervisory/management experience in a healthcare setting, required.
