Role Overview:This role is for a Depot Provisioning Team member focused on IT Asset Management and Depot Operations. The individual will be responsible for managing IT assets and performing device provisioning within a depot environment, leveraging knowledge of ServiceNow modules and various device management tools.
Key Responsibilities:- Gain experience in IT Asset Management and Depot Operations.
- Utilize knowledge of ServiceNow ITAM/ITSM modules.
- Perform Windows and macOS provisioning.
- Work with Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, SCCM, and Mobile Device Management tools.
- Understand logistics and shipping processes.
- Apply strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills in daily tasks.
