Job Title: Senior Supply Chain Engineer

Responsibilities
Duties: Support the implementation, optimization, and effective use of enterprise systems, including Enterprise Resource Planning platforms such as SAP S/4HANA, warehouse management systems (WMS), and internal planning or reporting tools. Develop, maintenance and analysis of Bills of Materials (BOMs) and manufacturing cost components to support operational and financial decision-making. Ensure warehouse and operational processes comply with established quality, food safety, safety, and operational standards, including adherence to internal audits and applicable regulatory or quality requirements as GMP and HACCP practices. Develop and maintain operational dashboards and performance metrics to support production planning, logistics execution, and data-driven decision-making. Lead cross-functional coordination between manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, planning, and finance teams to ensure effective execution of production and shipment plans. Provide data-driven recommendations to management to support operational strategy, continuous improvement initiatives, and performance targets across warehouse and supply chain operations. Develop and maintain analytical and operational tools using spreadsheet-based automation (including Excel VBA macros) to support warehouse operations, including label generation, outbound traceability, data capture, and the creation of reports and KPI dashboards for operational performance tracking.

Qualifications
Job Requirements: Bachelor's (U.S. or foreign equivalent) degree in Engineering, Operations, or similar field and 2 years of experience in Manufacturing in the Food/Beverage industry. Must have two (2) years' experience with: Developing and maintaining warehouse execution solutions, including label GS1 generation with VBA Macros or similar, outbound traceability, KPI tracking, and dashboard development using structured operational data; Developing and maintaining Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and structured operational data to support inventory, manufacturing, and operations; Analyzing and reporting on supply chain, warehouse, and manufacturing data using structured datasets to support operational planning and decision-making; Developing and maintaining Bills of Materials (BOMs) and manufacturing cost components, including analysis of material usage, tolling costs, and operational cost impacts; Supporting and participating in the implementation, optimization, and ongoing use of warehouse management systems (WMS) and related enterprise systems; Applying process improvement methodologies, including Lean and Six Sigma principles, to improve operational efficiency, accuracy, compliance, and service levels; Ensuring processes comply with established quality, food safety, safety, and operational standards, including adherence to internal audits and regulatory requirements; Working cross-functionally with operations, warehouse, logistics, planning, quality, and finance teams to evaluate processes and support end-to-end operational performance; Leveraging Microsoft productivity and reporting tools (such as Excel, SharePoint, Power BI, and related automation and BI tools) to support operational analysis and reporting; and Strong analytical capability to assess operational and inventory data, identify trends and constraints, and support strategic and tactical supply chain decision-making.
Salary: $101,171.00 - $109,500.00/ year
