Senior Staff Engineer - Modeling

Qualifications

• MS or PhD in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering required.
• Deep understanding of Fluid Mechanics, Heat Transfer, and CFD fundamentals.
• Minimum of 3 years of industry experience with CFD applications.
• Proficient in CFD tools such as ANSYS Fluent and Star-CCM+.
• Ability to apply first principles for rapid calculations and model development.
• Familiarity with Python and data analysis tools is advantageous.
• Strong project management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct CFD analyses for next-generation product development.
• Accelerate model predictions by integrating data and AI tools into physics-based modeling.
• Ensure timely and accurate predictions in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for model validation and performance optimization.
• Guide product development from concept through to production.
