Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction, Architecture, or Engineering preferred; experience may substitute for education.
• 4 years of experience in the commercial construction industry.
• Experience managing fast-paced project schedules.
• General knowledge of Type I and Type V construction methods.
• Proficient in estimating and basic accounting/cost control procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Strong skills in Excel, Bluebeam, BIM/Revit, P6, and Procore.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients, architects, and subcontractors for business development.
• Manage procurement processes, including subcontractor qualifications and RFIs.
• Identify and address scope gaps effectively.
• Oversee QAQC procedures to ensure project quality.
• Collaborate with project superintendents to maintain safety standards.
• Develop and execute 3-week look-ahead schedules for project planning.
• Recruit and mentor junior project engineers and interns.
