Project Close-out: preparation of O&M Manuals, coordination of As-Built documents for review and submittal and obtain all other documentation required including, but not limited to; warranties, guarantees and air balance reports.
Candidates must be client oriented with strong communication skills; must understand projects costs and schedules in order to bring a high quality level of service to our clients at the earliest phase of a project.
Actively participates in RFP responses, developing presentations, and participating in the pitch; Participate in Business development and client relationship management Implement Project Closeout procedures.
Manage and coordinate field team including subcontractors and owner vendors; promote teamwork and open communication on the project site; mentor and train field personnel and help support and develop talent.
During the construction phase, the Senior Project Manager regulates payments to subcontractors and suppliers, monitors field progress, prepares status reports, supervises project accounting and evaluates actual costs vs. the budget.
Successful candidates will have a proven record of accomplishment in all phases of project management including estimating, documentation, owner/architect relations, cost monitoring, problem solving and project wrap up.
