Senior Product Manager - Planning Solutions

Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager- Planning Solutions for our office in Alpharetta, GA. The position is fulltime, 5 days onsite. 

About the role

As Planning Solutions Strategic Product Manager, you define how Aptean's planning solutions address complex customer supply chain challenges. You shape solutions across Demand Planning, Inventory Planning, Supply Planning, Network Design and AI-enabled decision making. You work across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success to connect strategy with measurable business outcomes. The role supports Aptean's market leadership and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Define multi-year product strategy, category concepts and end-to-end solution vision
• Build and defend investment cases using market opportunity, ROI and strategic value
• Translate strategy into outcome-based roadmap themes and prioritised investments
• Lead product positioning, analyst relationships and thought leadership
• Enable strategic sales and align teams around ARR, retention and adoption outcomes

About you

You understand planning and can translate customer needs and market direction into product strategy. You focus on business processes, measurable outcomes and strategic advantage rather than feature delivery. You can influence executive stakeholders with data-driven, outcome-based rationale and align teams around clear priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience defining planning solutions across demand, inventory, supply, network design or AI-enabled decision making
• Ability to develop business cases covering ROI, market size and strategic value
• Experience translating product strategy into outcome-based roadmap themes
• Ability to define product positioning and engage with industry analysts
• Experience supporting complex transformation-focused sales opportunities
