Responsibilities

  • Build and implement digital transformation solutions aligned with PLM roadmap using major applications like Dassault Systèmes 3DExperience, Apriso, and SAP.
  • Ensure digital solutions comply with enterprise architecture and cybersecurity standards, developing best practices for third-party vendors and developers.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Functional Analysts, and the SAFe team while supporting the Project Manager in execution of implementation plans.
  • Create and document solution architecture and present it to Architecture Review Boards, assisting Project Manager with project documentation needs.
  • Develop a coherent PLM software strategy within the PLM department.
  • Utilize DevOps methodology to reduce time-to-market for PLM solutions.
  • Exhibit strong communication and teamwork skills while being result-driven.

À quoi ressemblera votre quotidien?
  • Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des solutions de transformation numérique (TN), conformément à la feuille de route PLM de P&WC, en intégrant les principales applications de TN, telles que 3DExperience de Dassault Systèmes, Apriso, SAP, Solumina et des applications développées en interne
  • Mettre en œuvre des solutions de TN dans le respect de l'architecture d'entreprise et des normes de cybersécurité, en élaborant des pratiques exemplaires et en veillant à ce qu'elles soient respectées par les fournisseurs tiers et les développeurs impliqués dans la mise en œuvre de ces solutions numériques
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les responsables de produit, les analystes fonctionnels et l'équipe SAFe, et appuyer le gestionnaire de projet dans la définition et l'exécution du plan de mise en œuvre
  • Créer et documenter votre architecture de solution; la présenter aux comités d'examen de l'architecture; appuyer le gestionnaire de projet dans la documentation des livrables des étapes de révision du projet (plan de basculement, analyses de cybersécurité et mesures d'atténuation, plan de test, plan de maintien)
  • Participer à l'élaboration d'une stratégie logicielle PLM cohérente au sein du service PLM
  • Tirer parti de la méthodologie DevOps pour réduire les délais de mise en marché des solutions PLM
  • Vous avez une forte orientation vers les résultats et d'excellentes compétences en communication et en travail d'équipe


Qu'est-ce qu'il vous faut pour réussir?
  • Un baccalauréat en informatique ou dans un domaine connexe, combiné à au moins 10 ans d'expérience dans un poste d'architecte de solutions ou équivalent, idéalement au sein d'un environnement de fabrication complexe
  • Une expérience avérée dans la conception de solutions, l'architecture logicielle, la mise en œuvre et la validation, avec une capacité démontrée à analyser et à documenter des architectures complexes, à formuler des recommandations techniques claires et à influencer efficacement les décisions auprès de diverses parties prenantes. De plus, capacité à analyser et à traduire des flux de travail d'affaires complexes en solutions techniques simples et efficaces
  • Expérience avérée dans la direction d'équipes de développeurs, y compris des équipes de développement à l'étranger
  • Expérience avérée dans l'intégration de 3DEXPERIENCE avec des systèmes ERP et MES. Une connaissance approfondie de 3DEXPERIENCE est essentielle. La connaissance de DELMIA constitue un atout majeur, tout comme celle d'APRISO (MES). La connaissance de Teamcenter est un atout
  • Expérience de travail dans des cadres Agile (SAFe) et avec les pratiques DevOps (Jira, Confluence, Github)
  • Une connaissance de la création et du développement d'applications Web à l'aide de technologies modernes est souhaitée (conteneurs OpenShift, Vue.js, Java, JavaScript, etc. ou équivalent)

Job title: Senior PLM Solution Architect (3DEXPERIENCE/DELMIA), Digital Technologies

What will your day-to-day look like?

In your role, you will:
  • Build and implement DT solutions, aligned with the P&WC's PLM roadmap, integrating major DT applications, such as Dassault Systèmes 3DExperience, Apriso, SAP, Solumina and home-made apps
  • Implement DT solutions in alignment with Enterprise Architecture and Cyber Security standards, developing best practices and ensuring they are respected by 3rd party vendors and developers involved in the implementation of these digital solutions
  • Work closely with Product Owners, Functional Analysts, SAFe team and support the Project Manager for implementation plan definition and execution
  • Create and document your Solution Architecture; present it to Architecture Review Boards; support the Project Manager to document Project Gate Review deliverables (cutover plan, cybersecurity scans and mitigations, test plan, sustainment plan)
  • Participate in developing a coherent PLM Software strategy within the PLM department
  • Leverage the Dev-Ops methodology to shorten the time to market of the PLM solutions
  • You are result-driven with strong communication and teamwork skills.


What do you need to be successful?
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, or a related field, combined with a minimum of 10 years of experience in a Solution Architecture role or similar, ideally within a complex manufacturing environment
  • Proven experience in Solution design, Software architecture, implementation and validation, with demonstrated ability to analyze and document complex architectures, produce clear technical recommendations, and effectively influence decisions across various stakeholders. Also, ability to analyze and translate complex business workflows into simple and efficient technical solutions
  • Proven experience in leading Developers, including offshore development teams
  • Proven experience integrating 3DEXPERIENCE with ERP and MES systems. 3DEXPERIENCE in-depth knowledge is essential. Knowledge of DELMIA is a strong asset, as well as knowledge of APRISO (MES). Knowledge of Teamcenter is welcome
  • Experience in working in Agile frameworks (SAFe) and with DevOps practices (Jira, Confluence, Github)
  • Knowledge in building/developing web applications with modern technologies is desired (Openshift container, Vue.js, Java, JavaScript, etc. or equivalent)


This position is part of a French-speaking work environment, it requires a very good knowledge of English to read and understand, on a daily basis, documentation and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations, as well as to write and communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues.
