WHAT YOU'LL DOLead Paid Search PerformanceOwn performance and execution across a portfolio of high-impact Paid Search accounts, including enterprise clients such as Thermo Fisher and The Home Depot. Lead day-to-day account management, ensuring campaigns are optimized effectively and performance goals are consistently achieved.
Serve as a Strategic Client PartnerAct as a primary point of contact for assigned clients, leading meetings, presenting campaign performance, and translating client objectives into clear direction for internal teams. Build trusted client relationships while ensuring expectations and business goals remain aligned.
Guide Team ExecutionProvide guidance and oversight to team members, promoting high-quality execution, strong quality assurance practices, and consistent delivery across accounts. Support the team's success by providing direction, coaching, and accountability throughout campaign execution.
Drive Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner closely with Analytics, Strategy, and other media teams to develop integrated solutions that maximize performance across channels. Balance multiple stakeholders and competing priorities while maintaining strong communication and alignment in a fast-paced environment.
Maintain Operational ExcellenceStay closely connected to campaign execution by stepping in hands-on when needed to ensure continuity across accounts. Monitor workstreams, manage competing priorities, and help maintain operational excellence across the business.
WHAT YOU BRING- Deep, hands-on experience with Google Search, with a strong understanding of campaign builds, optimization, and performance management
- Proven ability to manage and optimize complex Paid Search accounts, ideally within an agency or multi-client environment
- Strong client-facing experience, including leading calls, presenting performance, and building trust with stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders, staying organized and effective in fast-paced environments
- Experience guiding or mentoring team members, providing direction and feedback to support strong execution
- Confidence operating both strategically and tactically, with the ability to step into execution as needed
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate performance, insights, and next step
- Location requirement: This is a hybrid role based in Seattle or Brooklyn (NYC), with ~2 days/week in-office.

Salary Range: $95,000-115,000 USD annual
The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidate's qualifications and experience uniquely.
