OverviewPublicis is looking for a detail oriented, client-facing individual responsible for the end-to-end project coordination of email campaigns for Publicis Toronto with a focus on custom projects using Braze. You must have a strong understanding and ability to troubleshoot HTML, can parse through HTML and CSS quickly to identify and articulate potential issues, and have considerable recent experience managing email, push campaigns, and in-app messages (IAMs) using Braze. Strong knowledge of Liquid is essential for this role. The right candidate will have a bias to action, passion for tinkering, learning and problem solving, and a commitment to following processes and best practices.
Responsibilities- Execute on project requests from various teams, troubleshoot issues as they arise and engage related teams to resolve them.
- Build campaigns and conceptualizing how to achieve a desired result using Braze (including IAMs and connected content calls) and Liquid.
- Under the close guidance and oversight of your functional manager and PM, you will be responsible for prioritizing work, ensuring each campaign is executed without error and maintaining a strong relationship with clients and internal teams.
- As a skilled resource, you must demonstrate a solid understanding of project management tools and best-practice methodology, have a deep understanding of user experience, email development and the ability to deliver solutions that are both robust and flexible.
- The successful candidate will possess superior problem-solving skills and a passion for email marketing/CRM.
Qualifications- 3-5 years digital, CRM operations, campaign management or related experience in an interactive, integrated agency or similar environment
- Deep foundations in Braze is required for this role
- Strong working knowledge of HTML and web design/functionality
- Strong knowledge of email development methodologies and best practices
- Understanding of mobile responsive email design and development
- Unwavering attention to detail and commitment to follow process
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- Ability to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully
- Proven experience to work quickly and accurately under tight time constraints without compromising the quality of the deliverables or the project
- Proficiency with Mac OS, Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, wireframing/workflow tools, online project management/collaboration/ticketing tools e.g. JIRA, Smartsheets, etc.
- Ability to learn and use new platforms and software quickly
- Ability to trouble shoot and solve problems independently
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and Graphic design practices
- A desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging, and rewarding environment
Additional informationSalaryTransparency matters to us. The salary range for this position is CAD $80,000 - CAD $120,000 per year. Actual compensation within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and applicable certifications. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on current market data.
