◆ Target close rate: 50%+ on qualified appointments
◆ Build your own pipeline through:

• Interior designers & kitchen/bath showrooms
• Property managers & multi-family operators
• Realtors, home stagers & renovation lenders
• HOAs & neighborhood networks
◆ These aren't one-time contacts - you're building referral sources that feed you every month
