The Senior eCommerce Manager - 1P leads all aspects of Pattern brand partner go-to-market strategies. If you are great at nurturing partner relationships, developing and executing business plans, leading a team of ecommerce professionals, and increasing operational efficiencies, we want you to apply! This role will focus primarily on Amazon. This is a full time role that works a hybrid schedule based in Lehi, Utah. Our in-office days are Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
What is a day in the life of a Senior Ecommerce Manager?- Nurture of a portfolio of 4-6 partner brands
- Lead the development and implementation of brand-specific marketplace selling strategies
- Run daily marketplace operations for Amazon
- Serve as the marketplace expert with a deep knowledge of platform capabilities and business levers
- Evaluate competitive landscape and develop strategies to maximize business growth
- Lead all weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings with brand partners
- Deliver the highest levels of operational execution
- Partner with Operations team to ensure optimal in-stock and inventory position
- Partner with Advertising team to develop brand-specific advertising strategies

What is the team like?- You will work with other Senior Ecommerce Managers and be supervised by the Director of Ecommerce. You will also be mentored by the VP of Ecommerce and meet with them on a regular basis to discuss your performance. This team is data driven and results oriented. You will collaborate regularly with members of your team and your brand partner executives to implement actionable solutions. Ideas and input are encouraged from all members.
