Qualifications

• Degree or certificate in Business Administration, Real Estate, or Finance; CPM or similar designations preferred.
• In-depth understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act and municipal regulations.
• Proficient in using Yardi and Microsoft Office Suite for operational management.
• Strong leadership and vendor management abilities with a focus on team dynamics.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Highly organized and adaptable, with a focus on continuous improvement efforts.

Responsibilities
