The Ads Signals team's vision is to understand customers' behavior by collecting their online activity from varied sources and connecting them across devices using robust Identity graph in a privacy compliant way. These signals power our entire ads ecosystem spanning Targeting, Attribution, Optimization, Measurement, Insights and Reporting. As a Product Manager, you will work with cross functional teams in engineering, data science, partnerships, product marketing, privacy, legal, sales and most importantly our customers to develop and deliver product offerings for our global advertisers. We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship. Our internship program offers students hands-on experience, industry exposure, and opportunities to apply their knowledge to real-world challenges while building a strong foundation for personal and professional growth. Interns will gain practical experience, explore potential career paths, and participate in social events, learning programs, and development workshops alongside industry professionals. Responsibilities: - Work with the lead Product Manager to develop the roadmap, build and launch ad signal products that help advertisers better performance and see their true business value generated by TikTok - Define and analyze metrics that inform product strategy and prioritization - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define goals and objectives for ad attribution products - Partner with Engineering, Design, Marketing and Sales to develop, test, and launch products
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - Currently pursuing a Bachelor's in computer science or a related technical discipline - Strong logical thinking and data analysis skills, with the ability to break down, analyze, and solve complex problems - Strong organizational, planning, communication, and execution skills; self-motivated and responsible, able to drive projects independently with reliability and simplicity - Must be able to commit to a 12-week full-time work period during Summer 2027 - Proficiency in Chinese and English is required to collaborate with global partners, including Engineering teams based in Mandarin-speaking regions. These interactions include leading and participating in meetings that are conducted in Chinese as well as corresponding in chat or emails. Preferred Qualifications - Able to intern for 3 months or longer; candidates available to work 5 days a week are preferred. [For Pay Transparency]Compensation Description (Hourly) - Campus Intern
The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $35- $55.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Interns have day one access to health insurance, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and more. Interns also receive 10 paid holidays per year and paid sick time (56 hours if hired in first half of year, 40 if hired in second half of year). Interns who are not working 100% remote may also be eligible for housing allowance.
