You'll work with residents on the physical skills they need for safer movement, whether they're recovering from a hospital stay or managing a longer-term condition.
What You'll Do- Assess residents' mobility and establish measurable treatment goals
- Provide therapy addressing walking, transfers, strength, and balance
- Adjust treatment plans as residents improve or their needs change
- Document care and share recommendations with the interdisciplinary team
