You'll work with residents on the movement skills that support their recovery, building treatment around where they are now and what they want to achieve next.
What You'll Do- Evaluate residents and create individualized physical therapy plans
- Address mobility, balance, strength, and fall prevention
- Measure progress and adjust treatment as residents' needs change
- Share recommendations with nursing, families, and the broader care team
