In this skilled nursing role, you'll help residents work toward meaningful milestones, from standing safely to walking with greater confidence.
What You'll Do- Assess residents' physical abilities and establish measurable recovery goals
- Plan and provide treatment for mobility, strength, balance, and endurance
- Practice gait and transfers using appropriate assistive devices
- Reassess outcomes and modify care as residents' needs change
- Document treatment and share recommendations with nursing and fellow clinicians
