OpportunityWe are seeking a licensed and experienced
Pharmacy Manager to oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver exceptional patient care. The Pharmacy Manager is responsible for leading the pharmacy team, managing inventory and workflow, and maintaining the highest standards of safety, service, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilites- Manage and supervise all pharmacy operations in compliance with federal, state, and company regulations
- Ensure accurate dispensing of prescriptions and provide patient counseling
- Lead, train, and schedule pharmacy staff (pharmacists and technicians)
- Maintain inventory levels, ordering, and control of medications and supplies
- Monitor pharmacy performance, productivity, and quality metrics
- Foster strong relationships with patients, healthcare providers, and store leadership
- Address customer concerns professionally and promptly
- Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation
- Administer immunizations and vaccinations in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Perform other assigned duties.
Requirements- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm D Degree, required
- Related Pharmacist work experience, and previous retail work experience a plus
- Licensed Pharmacist, registered through state board of Pharmacy
- Certified Immunizer and valid CPR certificate
