Full Job Description
Territory: Central (AL, AR, IA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MI, MN, MO, MS, ND, NE, OH, OK, SD, TN, TX, WI. Candidates must reside within the territory and near a major airport. Up to 75% travel is required, including overnight travel and occasional weekends.

US Medical Affairs | Epilepsy & Rare Syndromes

The Medical Outcomes Liaison (MOL) provides clinical insights, Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) expertise, and real-world evidence to external stakeholders including integrated delivery networks (IDNs), large medical groups, top-tier research institutions, and regional payers. You will cultivate high-value partnerships, assess data gaps, and drive field-based research collaborations to support strategic medical initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead execution of the Epilepsy & Rare Syndromes outcomes and RWE engagement strategy across key accounts. Who you'll work with • Senior healthcare leaders, including C-suite and D-suite decision-makers within large medical groups, to support high-level strategic engagements. • Top-tier research institutions to advance scientific and outcomes-focused initiatives. • Pharmacy and medical directors at regional payers, providing clinical and economic insights that inform access and value discussions. • Integrated delivery networks (IDNs) and large medical groups to drive outcomes- and RWE-aligned strategies. • Internal cross-functional partners-regional business units, marketing, sales, medical affairs, and corporate functions-to ensure coordinated execution across the organization.

Qualifications

Required
  • Advanced clinical degree (MPH, NP, PA) or doctoral degree (PharmD, MD, DO, PhD, DNP) preferred.
  • Doctoral candidates: 8+ years of industry experience, including 3+ years in HEOR, RWE, or Outcomes Research.
  • Non-doctoral candidates: 10+ years of industry experience, including 5+ years in HEOR, RWE, or Outcomes Research.
  • Ability to travel extensively throughout the assigned territory.

Preferred
  • Doctorate degree (PharmD, MD, DO, PhD) strongly preferred.
  • Experience engaging senior healthcare decision-makers and external stakeholders within IDNs.
  • Strong understanding of HEOR, RWE, value-based healthcare, and evidence generation.
  • Proven ability to analyze clinical and economic data gaps and translate insights into actionable solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
