- Ensure the team maintains a high bar for quality, security, and operational excellence through effective processes, mentorship, and a focus on testing and automation.
- Lead the team in adopting new technologies and practices, including the integration of AI into the software development lifecycle.
- Drive key projects from inception to delivery, ensuring effective cross-functional collaboration and clear communication with stakeholders.
- Recruit, hire, and retain top engineering talent, building a diverse and high-performing team for the long term.
Minimum Requirements:- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers, including performance management and career growth planning.
- Demonstrated experience managing technical projects from planning to execution, with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and CI/CD.

- Strategic mindset with experience contributing to product and technical roadmaps.
Technical Qualifications:- A strong technical background in building scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications.

- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and secure coding practice is a strong plus
- Prior experience as a Tech Lead or in an architecture-focused role is highly desirable.
- Prior experience leading a team of engineers through a meaningful shift in ways of working around AI adoption, developer tooling, or engineering culture change.
- Prior hands-on technical background in building, scaling, or securing AI-powered applications and agentic platforms is a strong plus.
Education and Training:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of software development experience, with at least 5 years of experience designing and building enterprise grade software
