Key Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience managing technology projects, systems implementations, application enhancements, or related cross-functional initiatives.

  • Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methods and project-management tools such as Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project.
  • Experience gathering requirements, documenting processes, coordinating user acceptance testing, and managing releases, cutovers, or implementation launches.
  • Strong stakeholder and vendor-management skills, with the ability to lead meetings, establish accountability, and coordinate global teams and time zones.
  • Working knowledge of system integrations, APIs, data flows, system dependencies, data-quality concepts, and common testing practices.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-ready status reporting and professional meeting communication.
