Position OverviewAs an Independent Technology, Data, and Information Security Risk Advisor within PNC's AML organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA; Houston, TX; Dallas, TX; Raleigh, NC; Charlotte, NC; Birmingham, AL; Cleveland, OH; Chicago, IL; Washington DC; Denver, CO; or Phoenix, AZ.
The Independent Technology, Data, and Information Security Risk Advisor (ITRA) is responsible for proactive oversight and management of Business- and Support Area-aligned technology and technology-adjacent risks encompassing: technology systems and delivery, information security, data management, and artificial intelligence domain areas. The ITRA will serve as part of the comprehensive Operational Risk team, and provide in-function expertise on assigned topical risk areas with the goal of ensuring understanding and management of these risks in the context of the Business/Support Area.
Job Description- Supports Independent Technology Risk Management (ITRM) in planning and executing the ITRM program and corresponding communication strategies. Leverages subject matter expertise in technology environments (infrastructure, data, information security, MIS and governance) along with technology governance and control frameworks to oversee and challenge first lines ability to identify, assess, and mitigate technology and other associated risks. Manages relationships with Technology and the Lines of Business to ensure that technology and other associated risk issues are monitored and communicated through the appropriate levels of management.
- Coordinates and implements ITRM program to meet regulatory expectations and manage risks within PNCs risk appetite.
- Coordinates the timely and proper execution of the ITRM program within and across the lines of business. Includes consultation to execute the ITRM program components.
- Leverages subject matter expertise in technology environments (infrastructure, data, information security, MIS and governance) and risk expertise while working with the businesses and other risk partners (e.g., Compliance, Security, Technology, etc.) to proactively identify risk exposures across PNC.
- Leverages subject matter expertise in and technology governance and control frameworks to challenge business self-assessment results (including new initiatives, business as usual activities, and risk management program) and reviews and reports applicable independent analyses.
- Translates security and threat intelligence to the current technology and control environments and develops qualitative and quantitative risk analytics approaches to independently evaluate technology and other associated security risks.

Pay TransparencyBase Salary: $91,000.00 - $202,800.00
Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
