Responsibilities
Under the direction of the Epic Program Manager, theEpicImplementationManageroversees either Clinical or Revenue Cycle applications, andis responsible for managing all aspects offuture Epic implementations at Prime hospitals.TheImplementation Managerwill build relationships with hospital leadership to ensure corporate and local initiatives areincorporated into future implementations.After each go-live, theImplementationManagerwill oversee a comprehensive handoff to the Production Support team, ensuring a successful transition of support for the hospital.TheImplementationManager will supervise performance of all analysts on their team, which is comprised of the applications in their domain (Clinical or Revenue Cycle).
Qualifications
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
Six (6) or more years of applicable work experience required.
Minimum five (5) years of experience working with electronic medical record required
Experience leading an Epic implementation required.
Bachelors degree in Healthcare Management, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
Minimum four (4) years of experience with an integrated healthcare information system preferred
Minimum four (4) years of experience in project management preferred.
Knowledge of healthcare industry and hospital operations preferred.
Experience leading large teams
Strong communication and organizational skills
