Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in development, strategy, and project management, preferably within Midwest or Northeast territories.
• General business knowledge with a focus on development processes.
• Strong communication skills for effective negotiation and stakeholder engagement.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and budgeting abilities.
• High school diploma with preferred BS/MS/MBA in engineering, environmental science, or business disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Execute project development strategies across the region and manage all aspects of development for assigned sites.
• Cultivate relationships with customers and utilities to foster collaboration.
• Oversee permitting, land acquisition, and stakeholder relations to facilitate project progression.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to support project transactions and interconnection processes.
• Manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring profitability and timely execution.
• Report development progress and updates to Vistra senior management.
