Full Job Description
We are seeking a Digital M&A Senior. This role supports digital M&A, integration, and carve-out engagements by leading project workstreams, conducting IT due diligence activities, and assisting with integration and separation planning. Working under the direction of senior leaders, this role manages day-to-day project execution, develops client deliverables, coordinates stakeholder activities, and helps drive successful transaction outcomes. The position serves as a trusted advisor to clients while applying digital M&A expertise to support value realization and operational success.

Essential Job Functions

M&A Integration and Due Diligence
  • Support clients with digital M&A, integration, and carve-out initiatives.
  • Conduct IT due diligence activities, including data room reviews, diligence calls, request list management, and analysis of target company environments.
  • Analyze technology landscapes, applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and operating models to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Assist in developing integration and separation strategies, transition services recommendations, and diligence reports.
  • Prepare client-ready analyses, presentations, and recommendations to support transaction decision-making.


Program Delivery
  • Manage project workstreams and day-to-day delivery activities across digital M&A engagements.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, issue logs, risk registers, and status reports.
  • Coordinate project activities across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Track project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and escalate issues as appropriate.
  • Support implementation of project governance structures and reporting processes.


Stakeholder Management
  • Build productive working relationships with clients, internal teams, and third-party advisors.
  • Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and workstream discussions.
  • Develop clear and concise project communications, status updates, and meeting materials.
  • Collaborate with client and project stakeholders to drive alignment and execution.


Team Contributions
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members and project resources.
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing, training, and development of project delivery best practices.
  • Support team leadership in resource planning and engagement execution.


Financial & Operational Support
  • Monitor project budgets, resource utilization, and engagement economics.
  • Support engagement leaders with forecasting, financial tracking, and project reporting.
  • Ensure project activities are delivered efficiently and align with engagement objectives.


Continuous Improvement
  • Contribute to the enhancement of methodologies, templates, tools, and standards.
  • Identify opportunities to improve engagement delivery, collaboration, and client outcomes.
  • Support adoption of emerging technologies and project management practices.


Requirements

Experience

5 years of relevant experience required

Education

Bachelor's degree is required. Combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree.

Certifications / Licenses
• None required.

Project Management Institute, Agile, and/or Scrum certification(s) preferred.

Travel Requirements

This position requires significant (>50%) travel.
