A Day in the Life of a Senior Project Director

As a Senior Project Director, you estimate projects using software such as Xactimate to create the scope of work. You work in collaboration with the Operations team by gathering field measurements, notes/plans, photo documentation, and materials necessary while using your understanding of restoration and the true costs of construction to create accurate estimates and preliminary budgets. Your service-oriented mindset and positive disposition comes through in every interaction, fostering strong relationships with coworkers, clients, and subcontractors and making collections activity a breeze.

  • Manage large-loss restoration projects, including commercial and industrial jobs

Experience & Education:
  • 10+ years of industry experience with both Disaster Recovery (DR) and General Contracting (GC) expertise
  • Proven track record managing large, complex losses and at least 10 Area Wide Events
  • Experience across multiple vertical specialties
  • Negotiation training and leadership in large-loss projects
  • High-level professional with 6+ current certifications (industry or non-industry)
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction or related field preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver's license required
