Full Job Description
Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Legal and business stakeholders to negotiate, execute, manage, and renew logistics, warehousing, and travel-related contracts.
  • Manage relationships with Wolfspeed's Travel Management Company and travel service providers, including contract administration, supplier performance management, and policy compliance.
  • Optimize corporate travel spend through reporting, analytics, and management of unused airline ticket credits and other cost-saving opportunities.
  • Lead RFP, RFQ, and supplier selection activities for logistics, warehousing, and travel services.
  • Coordinate Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with strategic logistics suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop, implement, and manage logistics supplier performance scorecards to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Logistics, Legal, Finance, Procurement, and external suppliers to ensure contract compliance, operational effectiveness, and cost optimization.
  • Manage logistics-related procure-to-pay activities, including purchase requisitions in SAP Ariba, invoice discrepancy resolution, and sourcing of logistics-related consumables and services.
  • Working with the OSAT Sourcing Manager, coordinates Product Quality Item (PQI) documentation for approval and signature with third-party manufacturing partners.
  • Lead logistics and travel-related projects by establishing timelines, monitoring milestones, facilitating project meetings, and driving action item completion.
  • Manage the transition to a new Travel Management Company, including supplier coordination, stakeholder engagement, milestone tracking, and employee communications.
  • Maintain and enhance the corporate travel intranet site, ensuring travel policies, supplier programs, and traveler resources remain current and accessible.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs, and increase operational efficiency within assigned categories.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience in category management, strategic sourcing, procurement, logistics, or supply chain operations.
  • Strong contract negotiation, supplier relationship management, and commercial acumen.
  • Proficiency with SAP Ariba, ETQ, Power BI, and Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple functions.
  • Demonstrated project management experience with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and proactive, with a strong customer-service mindset and a willingness to take on new challenges.
