Promptly follow up on marketing leads, drive attendance to marketing driven events and leverage Enterprise Software marketing to build pipeline
Review customer orders from a technical and commercial standpoint during negotiation and order entry with the Proposal Engineering team.
Prepare and maintain social media calendars, including gathering and posting content for the division.
Prepare monthly reports related to HSE performance indicators for management review, and suggest corrective/preventive actions addressing trends in data that reveal opportunities for improvement.
Supports the local Sales organization/customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions.
Execute these sales plans to meet and exceed annual sales targets assigned for the territory as well as contributing to the team sales targets.

Actively strives to optimize overall resource planning and utilization considering resources within the local organization.
Maintain awareness of state-of-the-art technology and market trends affecting Company products and services and recommend responsive actions.
Leads implementation of continuous improvement program across the hub, ensuring each location embraces the CI culture.
Identifies new suppliers in cooperation with relevant category team; qualifies new suppliers in cooperation with Supplier Quality and Engineering specialists.
Proactively manage the day-to-day tactics and execution of marketing activities across all channels and platforms under the guidance of the Regional Marketing Manager.
Assume overall project ownership and responsibility for GE Industrial Solutions Services matrix team including EHS, Engineering, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Logistics, Finance, and Services.
Interface and manage projects as necessary with the marketing, sales, commercial, operations, quality, and engineering teams.
Perform take-off's, budgeting, cost effective proposals, and alternate value engineered proposals, from project plans and specs and negotiate and secure project orders.
Support a zero incident culture by working closely with EHS Department to maintain a safe work environment; ensure the team submits hazards and safety observation tours (SOTs).
Review and analyze customer service specifications. Coordinating input from various departments including, but not limited to; operations, finance and legal to develop proposals respective of customer requirements.
Ensures appropriate production methods, cycle-time, equipment performance, and materials/components in support of production targets.
