Chargé de compte

La personne sera responsable du développement d'une variété de projets internes et externes dans le but de maximiser les objectifs commerciaux pour l`équipe chargée des activités de Sobeys. Elle devra travailler en collaboration avec le chargé de compte clé national Sobeys et gérer les bannières FreshCo, Longos et autres bannières. Le ou la candidat• e retenu• e relèvera directement du directeur, Compte national pour Sobeys.

RESPONSABILITÉS
  • Développement des affaires : Travailler en collaboration avec le directeur, Compte national pour élaborer des plans, des présentations et des programmes pour les clients dans le but de réaliser des ventes et des profits;
  • Gestion et analyse des données : Développer diverses sources de données (rapports de vente internes/clients, données Nielsen, tendances du marché) pour acquérir une compréhension approfondie du marché et conseiller aux clients des stratégies de croissance - convertir les données en informations pour l'exécution;
  • Prévisions : Soutenir les capacités de prévisions internes et externes afin d'améliorer la position en stock et la précision des prévisions, et rédiger les prévisions de ventes pour la production;
  • Dépenses de commercialisation : Contribuer efficacement à la gestion des budgets en fonction des objectifs du compte;
  • Développement et exécution des opérations de vente sur le terrain : Développer et soutenir les outils, les promotions et les fiches de vente pour l'exécution sur le terrain, maintenir et développer les relations commerciales avec les clients existants;
  • Facilitation interne : Garder les équipes internes concentrées sur l'exécution réussie des programmes et des opportunités des clients;
  • Élaborer des plans d'action détaillés visant à atteindre les objectifs de vente et de profit, grâce à une bonne compréhension des besoins des clients et des occasions d'affaires;
  • Travailler avec la planification commerciale pour comprendre et soutenir l'exécution du lancement de nouveaux produits
  • Contribuer à l'élaboration des feuilles d'offres et de coûts, des formulaires de liste et des déductions;
  • Préparer des présentations, des revues d'affaires et des rapports de vente qui identifient les possibilités d'amélioration et les occasions d'affaires.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Baccalauréat en administration des affaires;
  • Trois (3) à quatre (4) années d'expérience dans le domaine des ventes.

COMPÉTENCES
  • Maîtrise et connaissance avancées de MS Office (Word, Excel et PowerPoint);
  • Excellentes compétences en matière de communication et de présentation;
  • Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles, interagit bien avec plusieurs services, selon les besoins;

Rémunération globale:

CAD$ $73,900.00 - $93,500.00 annuel.

Le classement dans la fourchette de rémunération peut varier en fonction de l'expérience, des compétences et d'autres facteurs. Boni annuel basé sur le rendement et l'admissibilité. Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors. Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility. Account Manager

The person will be responsible for developing a variety of internal and external projects aimed at maximizing business objectives for the team managing Sobeys operations. They will work in collaboration with the Customer team lead -National account Sobeys and manage the FreshCo, Longo's, and other banners business. The successful candidate will report directly to the Customer team lead- National account Sobeys.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Business Development: Collaborate with the Customer team lead to develop plans, presentations, and programs for clients with the aim of driving sales and profitability;
  • Data Management and Analysis: Leverage various data sources (internal/client sales reports, Nielsen data, market trends) to gain deep market insight and advise clients on growth strategies-translating data into actionable information;
  • Forecasting: Support internal and external forecasting capabilities to optimize inventory levels and forecast accuracy, and prepare sales forecasts for production planning;
  • Trade Spend: Effectively contribute to budget management in alignment with account objectives;
  • Field Sales Operations: Develop and support tools, promotions, and sales materials for field execution; maintain and grow business relationships with existing clients;
  • Internal Facilitation: Keep internal teams focused on the successful execution of client programs and opportunities;
  • Develop detailed action plans to achieve sales and profit targets based on a solid understanding of client needs and business opportunities;
  • Collaborate with the commercial planning team to understand and support new product launch execution;
  • Assist in the preparation of offer and cost sheets, listing forms, and deduction documentation;
  • Prepare presentations, business reviews, and sales reports that identify areas for improvement and business opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration;
  • Three (3) to four (4) years of experience in sales.
