Primary responsibilities of this position to include providing assistance to internal client teams in such areas as marketing support, legal compliance, client service issues, and interaction with carriers.
Marketing - prepare, correspond and distribute RFP's to vendors. Prepare marketing results, financial ratings and disruption analysis for all lines of coverage. Prepare compliance and transparency authorization to the client.
Developing and certifying actuarially sound rates for state agencies to satisfy CMS requirements
Lead and/or support actuarial team members and provide technical coaching to team members and actuarial students
Serve as a subject matter expert in the area of health transformation, developing knowledge on best practices and market trends, and contributing to the developments and enhancement of new and existing products and services
Supervise other Digital Forensics and Incident Response staff, including coordinating teams of experts, assuring stellar work product, and assisting with performance reviews and mentorship of cybersecurity experts.
Manage and lead delivery of various client engagements, ensuring engagement delivery and quality.
Assist with various practice development and client engagement pursuit initiatives, including the development of client engagement proposals.
Lead actuary on client teams, leading actuarial projects and client relationship
Influence clients' overall strategic and financial direction in benefits; frame results in the context of the marketplace
