Physician Assistant (PA) - Full-Time, Multi-Site

Location

Based in the Philadelphia area with required travel to CarePath Injury Centers locations.
Coverage includes our Old City, Ridley Park, Port Richmond, and NE Philadelphia/lower bucks locations.

Position Overview

We are seeking a full-time Physician Assistant (PA) to join our clinical team. This role will support multiple CarePath locations, particularly during the initial phase of employment, with travel decreasing as patient volume and clinic staffing stabilize.

The ideal candidate is clinically strong, adaptable, and comfortable working across multiple clinic environments, with an interest in injury-focused care and multidisciplinary collaboration. Someone who is eager to learn, feels they can learn to work independently, and is an adept communicator will do well in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform patient evaluations, follow-ups, and ongoing treatment under supervising physician guidelines
  • Conduct physical exams and injury assessments
  • Develop and manage treatment plans for work-related, motor vehicle, and personal injury patients
  • Document clinical encounters accurately and timely in the EMR
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and care teams across locations
  • Communicate effectively with internal staff and external stakeholders as needed
  • Travel between clinic locations as scheduled
  • Adhere to all clinical, compliance, and documentation standards
  • Interest in learning & performing injections within a PA's scope is preferred


Schedule & Travel Expectations
  • Standard Monday-Friday schedule, 8am-4pm
  • Multi-office travel required as noted, a car is required for the role

Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Injury care, orthopedics, PM&R, or occupational health experience preferred (but not required), motivated new grads welcomed

Compensation & Benefits
  • Competitive base salaried compensation: $115,000 - $150,000, based on experience
