Role and Responsibilities

Our Federal Government client requires a Business Systems Analyst to basis to assist with the creation, support and maintenance of new and existing websites and Case Management Systems.

They will be responsible to:
  • Develop and document a detailed statement of requirements for the proposed alternative recommended in the preliminary analysis report
  • Perform business analyses of functional requirements to identify information, procedures, and decision flows
  • Evaluate existing procedures and methods, identify and document items such as database content, structure, application subsystems, and develop data dictionary
  • Define and document interfaces of manual to automated operations within application subsystems, to external systems, and between new and existing systems
  • Identify candidate business processes for re-design, prototype potential solutions, provide trade-off information and suggest a recommended course of action. Identify the modifications to the automated processes
Qualifications and Experience
  • You must have worked as a Business System Analyst on two (2) IM/IT related projects
  • You must have a minimum of 5 (five) years of work experience, implementing Filemaker Pro solutions using the Filemaker Pro platform
  • You must have a minimum of ten (10) years of work experience, working as a Business System Analyst developing
    Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) for application support and maintenance to provide for account creation, role-based security permissions and user authentication
  • You must have a minimum of ten (10) years of work experience, working as a Business System Analyst conducting reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products and information systems.
  • You have a minimum of (2) two years experience in maintaining, upgrading and customizing Filemaker Pro solutions Version 19
  • You have experience in planning,scheduling, estimating resources, providing technical expertise, co-ordination, monitoring progress and providing management with project status updates for implementation of Case Management Solutions based on Filemaker Pro
  • You have the Claris FileMaker Certification FM 18 or higher
