Role and ResponsibilitiesOur Federal Government client requires a ServiceNow Developer to Develop, plan, Analyze, Evaluate requirements with team and project authorities.
Responsibilities:- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
- Design and develop ServiceNow applications, modules, and integrations based on best practices.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, and others as needed.
- Collaborate with other developers and technical teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the quality and reliability of ServiceNow solutions.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow applications.
Qualifications and Experience - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide, Jelly) and ServiceNow APIs.
- Solid understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations and custom application development.
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist) are a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Valid Government of Canada Security Clearance.
