This position reports to:Business Process Manager
In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for analyzing, managing, and improving global and integrated end-to-end business processes. Each day, you will guide the Business Process Owner and IS team for the implementation of the business process application solution. You will also showcase your expertise by working closely with all process stakeholders.

This role is contributing to the ELDS US Business Line in North America.
Your role and responsibilities - Lead, coach, and develop the factory business process management organization across the ELDS North American sites, and related operations.
- Own operational process governance and continuous improvement priorities across factory sites.
- Manage and prioritize the factory business improvement portfolio, ensuring delivery of measurable benefits with the required quality, schedule, and budget discipline.
- Serve as the senior escalation point for cross-functional factory process and systems issues, driving rapid resolution and clear decision paths.
- Partner with plant operations, supply chain, engineering, quality, finance, IS, ERP, MES, and analytics teams to align business requirements and technology roadmaps.
- Drive process standardization, best-practice sharing, change adoption, and reuse of capabilities across sites.
- Provide executive-level visibility to priorities, risks, decisions, dependencies, and realized business value.
- Build succession capability, operating cadence, and performance management across the BPM team

Qualifications for the role - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations, business process management, operational excellence and digital transformation preferred.
- 6+ years of leadership experience with managers, project teams, or cross-functional organizations preferred.
- Demonstrated success leading multi-site transformation, process standardization, change management, and portfolio execution.
- Working knowledge of SAP ECC and S4 ERP environments
- Candidates must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with discrete manufacturing environments, specifically preferred NEMA low and medium switchgear and motor control centers
- Working knowledge of SAP ECC, S/4HANA, MES integration with ERP and factory systems, ISA-95 concepts, manufacturing master data, and operational technology governance.

- Practical experience operationalizing and implementing AI solutions in a discrete manufacturing environment.
- Strong skill set to elicit the actual needs of stakeholders and facilitate communication between organizational units
- Experience configuring and troubleshooting applications within the SAP ERP and system landscape environment
- Broad and deep knowledge of theories, tools and practices in business improvement projects and change management activities
- Understanding of operational and financial metrics
