5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in the payments domain
Strong understanding of payment processing systems and regulatory compliance
Proficient in gathering and analyzing business requirements
Experience with payment integration platforms like ACH, SWIFT, and ISO 20022
Excellent documentation skills for business processes and use cases
Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Familiarity with testing methodologies including UAT and SIT

Role Overview
The Business Systems Analyst BSA in the Payments domain will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams to deliver solutions that support payment processing clearing and settlement systems The role involves gathering requirements analyzing business processes and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand paymentrelated requirements and translate them into functional specifications
Analyze existing payment systems and processes to identify gaps inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement
Work closely with development teams to ensure technical solutions align with business needs and regulatory standards
Support integration of payment systems with internal and external platforms ACH SWIFT Wire Transfers ISO 20022
Conduct impact analysis for changes in payment regulations and standards
Prepare detailed documentation including business requirements process flows and use cases
Assist in testing activities UAT SIT and validate payment workflows
Act as a subject matter expert for payment systems and provide guidance during troubleshooting and incident resolution
