Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst BA to support largescale Java modernization and Spring Boot migration programs within the Banking and Financial Services domain The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of business analysis technical acumen stakeholder management and Agile delivery experience The role requires close collaboration with business teams architects developers and project managers to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions

Key Responsibilities

Gather analyze and document business functional and technical requirements for Java modernization and Spring Boot migration initiatives

Act as a liaison between business stakeholders product owners architects development teams and QA teams

Work with engineering teams to assess legacy applications and define migration requirements dependencies and targetstate capabilities

Create and maintain Business Requirement Documents BRD Functional Requirement Documents FRD user stories process flows and acceptance criteria

Support application modernization initiatives involving Java Spring Boot Microservices APIs and cloudnative architectures

Conduct requirement workshops stakeholder interviews gap analysis and impact assessments

Collaborate with solution architects to define business processes integration requirements and system workflows

Translate complex business requirements into detailed user stories and technical specifications

Manage requirements traceability across the entire project lifecycle

Facilitate backlog grooming sprint planning UAT planning and release readiness activities

Analyze API integrations data mappings database dependencies and downstream application impacts

Identify project risks assumptions constraints and dependencies associated with migration efforts

Support testing activities by validating requirements coverage and assisting with UAT execution

Prepare executivelevel status reports dashboards and presentations for business and technology leadership

Ensure delivered solutions align with business objectives regulatory requirements and enterprise standards
