Role DescriptionAs a Solution Architect, you will play a key role in advancing cloud and AI transformation initiatives by leading solution design for enterprise AWS migration and Agentic AI programs. You will partner with cross-functional teams, align solutions with enterprise architecture standards, and provide dedicated architectural support throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities- Lead high-level and detailed solution architecture for AWS Migration and Agentic AI initiatives.
- Design scalable, secure, and enterprise-compliant cloud solutions.
- Partner with business, engineering, infrastructure, and security teams to drive architecture decisions.
- Develop architecture artifacts, design documentation, and governance approvals.
- Support integration of AWS services with enterprise technology platforms and contact center solutions.
- Provide technical leadership throughout delivery and migration lifecycle.
Basic Qualifications- Atleast 8+ years of Solution Architecture experience in large enterprise environments.
- Strong AWS cloud architecture and migration expertise.
- Hands-on experience with AWS Connect integrations and enterprise technology ecosystems.
- Experience designing cloud-native, API-driven, and microservices-based solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Bachelors in computer science or related field.

Preferred Skills- Banking or financial services experience.
- Experience with Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.
- AWS Architecture certifications.
- Sierra platform experience is preferred.
Nice to Have: Availability to work in a hybrid model, with an expectation of 2-3 days per week in the office.
