We are currently seeking a Business Consultant - KYC & Client Lifecycle Management to join our team in Toronto, Ontario (CA-ON), Canada (CA).

Job Title: Business Consultant - KYC & Client Lifecycle Management

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Business Consultant - KYC & Client Lifecycle Management to lead the architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise solutions across KYC, Payments, Banking, Cloud, and AI-enabled platforms. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Fenergo, Java/Spring Boot, Microservices, Python, React JS, cloud platforms, and modern DevOps practices.

The role requires a combination of hands-on technical expertise, solution architecture, delivery leadership, and stakeholder management. The candidate will work closely with business, architecture, engineering, and product teams to modernize KYC and payment platforms, integrate enterprise systems, and deliver scalable and secure technology solutions.

Day to Day Job Duties:
  • Lead solution architecture and technical delivery for enterprise KYC, Payments, and Banking technology initiatives.
  • Design and implement Fenergo-based KYC and Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions and integrations.
  • Architect end-to-end payment workflows and integrations with ERP platforms such as Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, and QuickBooks.
  • Design scalable applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, Python, and React JS.
  • Provide architecture guidance for application modernization, cloud migration, and system integration initiatives.
  • Lead technical teams, review solution designs, mentor developers, and ensure adherence to engineering standards.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
  • Design event-driven and distributed solutions using technologies such as Kafka and Elasticsearch.
  • Drive application deployment and automation using modern CI/CD and DevOps practices.
  • Architect and deploy solutions on Microsoft Azure and AWS cloud platforms.
  • Support production applications, troubleshoot critical issues, and provide technical solutions for performance and reliability improvements.
  • Contribute to Generative AI and Agentic AI initiatives and identify opportunities to incorporate AI capabilities into enterprise solutions.
  • Manage technical delivery across distributed teams and coordinate architecture, development, integration, testing, and deployment activities.

Basic Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise application development, solution architecture, and technical delivery.
  • 8+ years of experience with Java/J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and enterprise application architecture.
  • 5+ years of experience designing solutions for Banking, Payments, KYC, or Financial Services platforms.
  • 4+ years of experience with cloud technologies, CI/CD, DevOps, and modern distributed application architectures.

NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for Canada-based positions. The starting pay range for this role is $110,000-$160,000. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications

This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
