About the role:As an Associate, Strategic Finance you will help own the financial models, operating analytics, and executive materials that guide Clutch's next stage of growth. You'll work across the business to keep the forecast live, explain business performance, and turn operational data into clear recommendations.
What you'll do:- Maintain and continuously improve Clutch's core financial models.
- Produce monthly and quarterly business review decks for leadership and board discussions.
- Partner with functional leaders to understand key performance drivers, identify risks and opportunities, and translate financial data into actionable recommendations.
- Support capital-markets and strategic workstreams, including fundraising materials, investor diligence, and lender reporting.
- Work closely with the executive team to prepare ad hoc analysis with speed and quality.
What we're looking for:- 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, management consulting, or strategic finance/ FP&A at a high-growth company.
- A strong cross-functional partner excited to work alongside functional leaders to solve complex business problems
- Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills with experience connecting spreadsheets with external data systems (Looker, Snowflake, etc.)
- Relentless attention to detail, structured thinking, ownership mentality, and a passion for building processes from the ground up (and iterating on them to improve automation and efficiency, and improve accuracy).
- Insatiable curiosity about our business, its key drivers, and how to optimize it. You'll constantly ask questions of our data, our performance, and our strategic direction that will help us improve the business daily.

Compensation & Benefits:- Salary range: $120k-130k annually plus equity incentives.
