Job Details
The Associate Director provides strategic and operational leadership for the Assessment Office, overseeing assessment activities across all phases of the curriculum and ensuring the effective delivery of assessment programs, services, and initiatives. This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving assessment policies, procedures, and operational processes that support compliance, quality, and organizational effectiveness. The Associate Director manages personnel, resources, and assessment operations, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. The role also leads staff recruitment, onboarding, training, and professional development while maintaining productive relationships with institutional stakeholders, external partners, and vendors. Serving as a key assessment leader and subject matter expert, the Associate Director advances learner success, supports accreditation and regulatory requirements, and promotes excellence in educational outcomes.Job Description
